Ingredients
- 1 pound tomatillos, de-husked and halved
- 1 small white onion, cut into wedges and separated
- 2 jalapeños, halved
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice from 1 lime
- Handful of cilantro, roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Put the tomatillos, onion, jalapeños, and garlic on a large baking sheet, cut side down
- Broil until the tomatillo have mostly charred. At this point, the onion and jalapeños should have also at least started to char
- Once cooled, throw everything into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until pretty smooth, or desired texture
