Serrano & Pineapple Hot Sauce
makes 12 oz
Ingredients
- ½ pound serrano peppers, de-stemmed
- 1 cup chopped pineapple (200g)
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth
- Bring the sauce to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes
- Let the sauce cool before bottling
