Serrano & Pineapple Hot Sauce

makes 12 oz

Ingredients

  • ½ pound serrano peppers, de-stemmed
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple (200g)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth
  2. Bring the sauce to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Let the sauce cool before bottling
